Changelog

2.6.12

Admin Sudo Access, Support Access Management, and Artifact Editing

Admin Sudo and Support Access Management

Tenant admins can now use Settings → Users to "Sudo as" any user in their tenant for support and debugging purposes. A new Settings → Support Access page lets admins grant time-bounded access to Gravity support engineers when they need it—with a required note and TTL—and revoke that access at any time. This gives you full control over when external support can investigate issues on your behalf.

Edit and Update Previously Published Artifacts

Orion can now edit and update reports and dashboards that were published in prior sessions or from recurring workflows.

Direct and Via Group Access Visibility

The project share panel now shows whether each member has direct access or access through a group. Group-based members can no longer be removed from the share panel—instead a tooltip explains they need to be removed from the group itself, preventing accidental access revocation.

Improvements

  • Bug Fix: MySQL data source configuration updates
  • Improved PDF downloads for slide decks and markdown reports
  • Knowledge base pages enabled on a project are now automatically accessible to all users who have access to that project, including users who reach the project through a group
